This 6-month package offers 10 hours of 1:1 leadership and performance coaching sessions. Your first session will be 60 minutes for you and Shannon to co-create your experience, then 30-minute sessions are planned biweekly, with 3.5 hours of flex sessions to schedule ad hoc based on the unique needs of your role.
Sessions do not rollover.
Cancellations can be rescheduled wtih 24 hours notice.
